You've got 20 days from delivery if you're in the UK, the EU & Switzerland. If you're in the US, Canada, Mexico, or International it's 10 days. Plenty of time to try things on properly.

UK, EU, or Switzerland customers can return their order within 20 days and receive a refund for the item price and the original delivery charge.

We highly recommend to opt-in to Checkout+ for an easy return.

For customers in the US, Canada, Mexico and all other international destinations, returns are also accepted within 10 days. You will receive a refund for the item price.

If you opted for Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping is covered and no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Otherwise, UK returns are charged at a flat rate of £5.50, which will be deducted from your refund. For all international returns, a flat rate subject to the shipping country will be charged.

UK, EU, and CH refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 days once your return reaches us. For customers in the US, Canada, Mexico and all other international destinations, refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving your return.

Once processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.

Send it back the way it arrived: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, tags still on. A normal try-on is completely fine. If it comes back looking properly worn, stained, ashed or missing its tags, we may need to deduct a bit to reflect that.

Choose store credit and we’ll add an extra 5% on top of your refund value, our way of saying thanks for sticking with us.

That’s on us. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right.

If you opted for Checkout+ at checkout, simply submit your return through our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.

If you did not opt for Checkout+, please email photos of the issue and a short description to support@studio-clint.combefore sending anything back. We’ll review the issue and arrange a return label for you.

Once the fault has been confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund, including the item price and original delivery charge, within 20 days. Return shipping for faulty or damaged items is always free.

Unfortunately not. Those are collected by customs, not by us, so once your parcel's cleared, it's out of our hands.
